CornerStone Professional Placement seeks a Fabrications Materials Planner and Scheduler for an engagement with a GLOBAL Fortune 500 manufacturer that is a major player in the automotive industry. We are seeking a Fabrications Materials Planner and Scheduler who will work closely with their internal team to align the material sections and set a mutually agreed-upon implementation date, aiming to minimize excess and outdated inventory, while ensuring they have what they need to meet production deadlines. This role will lead the business process optimization and improvement for the Fabrications department. Title: Fabrications Materials Planner and Scheduler
Location: McKinney, TX (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $90-100K
Type: Direct Hire
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and will be required for promotion from this role
Experience in material planning for fabricated equipment, ex. automotive, industrial equipment
Knowledge and utilization of Six Sigma and continual improvement processes
Fabrications knowledge and experience is required
SAP Experience is highly preferred
Understanding of production facilities, assembly operations and automotive/industrial equipment knowledge is required
