Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Overview:

This individual will work with Corporate Functions teams to support Financial ERP related projects. This role will start as a Business Analyst and will transition into a Scrum Master after 3-4 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive proper requirements gathering and documentation for a newly created SAP product team.

Work with the SAP product team to define requirements and dashboard capabilities (Jira/Jira Align).

Partner with the team’s RTE and Training Lead to support the team’s Agile/Scrum maturity.

Work with the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) to discern the maturity of product teams, and appropriately formulate, communicate, and gain consensus to do what’s necessary to improve the maturity curve.

Provide team-level coaching and help teams deliver as they move to SAFe.

Facilitate PI Planning events in collaboration with various Business Stakeholders and Product Owners.

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and share best practices for the common good of the team.

Create reports on team velocity and other metrics that can be used to introduce measurable techniques that increase team productivity.

Qualifications:

Experience with Financial ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, etc.); Tax and Pricing experience is a plus

Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience

Experienced Scrum Master; good with team-level coaching (SAFe certification required)

Experience working with a very broad set of stakeholders as part of global efforts

Experience standing up product teams that have differing levels of experience

Able to communicate clearly and effectively with Executive Leadership

JIRA experience required (JIRA Align experience highly preferred)
