Project Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Site Project Engineer for a long-term Contract position with a client located in Front Royal, VA. This is an onsite role in Front Royal, VA.

Pay/Salary Range: $55-65/hr W2

Site Project Engineer job responsibilities include:

Manage Projects from start to finish including scope, project plan, deliverables, timelines, budget and resources

Work with site engineers and maintenance resources

Remove roadblocks for the team by leveraging relationship and knowledge to progress the project forward

Perform project financial analysis

Coordinate with internal and external resources in Mechanical, Process, & Electrical design

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is strongly preferred, or at least 5 years of Project Engineering experience required.

Minimum 5 years of experience Project Engineering required.

Proven knowledge in Engineering principles and concepts regarding managing projects in manufacturing or construction

Working knowledge of Process Safety Management

Experience in Chemical or related manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
