Our CAAS team provides a full suite of financial advisory services, including month-end accounting services, technology implementation and support services, CFO level consulting, and strategy. We partner with our customers to learn their financial pain points and leverage our expertise to provide solutions that help them reach their goals. Our team is innovative and forward-thinking while remaining attuned to the unique needs of each customer.
How Will You Make an Impact?
Assist team in meeting client needs by building and managing Sage Intacct implementations following pre-defined implementation methodology
Build Reports & Dashboards
Assist with data conversion projects
Participate in conversations with customers to advise on best practices and how to be successful with their system
Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal colleagues
Discover areas for improvement in the customer experience, both in our product and processes
Learn how to manage projects
Assist on multiple implementations at one time
Participate in small teams to build systems and manage multiple accounts
Provide technical support to customers, as needed
Maintain a solid understanding of how the Sage Intacct and related sub-systems work; be a resource for the Firm and for our customers
Provide input and contribute to the development of new process and procedures
Work as a team player to ensure the success of the customer and the team’s growth
How Will You Get Here?
BS/BBA in Accounting or relevant degree required
BS/BBA in Management Information Systems or equivalent degree is preferred
Baseline knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Be technology savvy
