JOB SUMMARY: The Director, HRIS and Analytics oversees the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) function, ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR systems, along with related talent analytics and reporting. This role is instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to drive HR strategy, improve processes, and enhance employee experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement the HRIS strategy in alignment with the company's objectives, ensuring the HR systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of HR technology platforms.

Continuously evaluate and enhance HRIS processes, workflows, and configurations to improve system functionality, data accuracy, and user experience.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or escalated issues that arise regarding systems and data.

Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to provide key stakeholders insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other key metrics, in order to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner.

Lead a team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performing, innovative, and collaborative team environment.

Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions.

Ensure HRIS and related processes comply with relevant data protection and privacy laws, security protocols, and internal control standards.

Proactively remain current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR technology and HRIS management, recommending and implementing process improvements accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Experience with HRIS, HCM and/or HR management within comprehensive ERP systems.

Prior HRIS management experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred.

Knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent development, benefits, compensation, and workforce planning.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

Strong project management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Project management certification a plus.
