Recruiter, Talent Acquisition
Job Description: The Recruiter will report to the HR Manager and among other duties will partner with the business unit hiring manager to source and fill their positions.
Job Duties:
Create and administer job postings and job board sourcing and recruiting new employees for business units to fill positions timely with quality candidates.
Work as a team with other recruiters and/or HR team members
Other duties may apply and may change as needed for the business as this list is not all-inclusive
Key Skills and Competencies:
Expertise in the sourcing and recruiting of new employees, with a concentration on hourly drivers across the nation.
Excellent communication skills
Time Management skills
Expected Performance:
Employee will have the ability to work independently and with a team, be detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Employee will communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and effective manner.
Typically Requires a B. A or B.S. Degree OR equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year of proven Recruiting experience
