HR Generalist / onsite
$70,000 - $80,000 / Greater Richmond area
LHH is currently seeking an HR Generalist for an innovative manufacturing company that is currently enjoying fast-paced growth. This position’s primary responsibility will be employee relations. The ideal candidate will embrace their role as the primary point of contact on behalf of the HR Department to employees.
Position Overview:
Proven track record of excellent employee relations experience
Excellent working knowledge of current HR Laws and Regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Calendar management, including meeting and travel arrangements
Manage ongoing HR operations, such as time and expenses
Experience working with hourly workforce
Position Requirements:
Strong customer service skills required / ability to work with a variety of people
Ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities is essential
Background in manufacturing, supply chain or distribution is highly preferred
3 -5 years’ experience of HR Generalist experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with hourly workers is strongly preferred
Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
A naturally team-oriented person, with clear enthusiasm for your work
Keen attention to detail / strong project management skills
