Inside Sales Associate

NIR Roof Care is a full-service commercial roofing company looking to fill positions to help grow our service routes (no roofing knowledge required).

Our sales associates are true relationship builders. They interact with our customers in a professional and consistent manner all while educating and supporting them in an effort to increase the life of their commercial roof.

The Inside Sales Associate will be driven to meet their quota and deliver results via phone, email and video call conversations with the customer.

Job Duties Include:

● Effectively managing an sales territory within our salesforce.com system

● Maintain a high knowledge of our products

● Generate quotes

● Close sales opportunities

● Monitor personal close rate

● Aid in route growth with new customer sales

● Complete all required and requested reports correctly and submit in a timely matter.
