Job Details Job Details: We are in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented Administrative Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a challenging environment and is eager to apply their skills to a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 1.

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month-end and year-end close process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.

2.

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

3.

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

4.

Coordinate and complete annual audits.

5.

Provide recommendations for improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

6.

Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

7.

Meet financial accounting objectives.

8.

Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

9.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, maintaining records, and providing general support to the finance team.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

3.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accounting software programs.

4.

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 5.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

6.

Proven experience in office management and administrative support.

7.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

8.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

10.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
