Posting End Date: May 21, 2024 Employee Type: Temporary (Fixed Term)-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position As part of the Technology & Information Services (TIS) Business Engagement team, you will play a critical role to enable your stakeholders, HR & REWS (Human Resources, Real Estate & Workplace Services) to achieve significant business benefits through the planning, implementation, and enablement of technology.

Our mission is to understand strategic objectives, support capability & technology roadmap planning, and deliver digital enablement programs.

By partnering with internal resources and strategic vendors, we drive outcomes and enable solutions in collaboration with our stakeholders.

Please Note: This is a 2 years Temporary-fixed term position.

What You Will Do: Strategic & Tactical Planning: Participate, coordinate, and facilitate the development of HR & REWS Technology Roadmaps, Long-Range Planning activities, and Business Cases.

Advise on technology innovation, identifying problems, and opportunities where disruptive technology (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation) can benefit the organization.

Plan and deliver HR & REWS Digital Enablement programs, composed of underlying projects and initiatives.

Relationship Building: Foster strategic partnerships within HR & REWS and TIS, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for business, technology, and enterprise interests.

Support TIS, business teams, and senior leaders in decision-making related to execution, risk management, and operationalization of program/projects.

Project Management: Prepare and update financials, forecasts, and Service Costing (using Technology Business Management Tools like Apptio) related to HR & REWS.

Balance multiple scopes of work against strategy and timelines, collaborating with delivery parties (project managers, business analysts, solution architects, etc.) during all phases of the portfolio management lifecycle.

Participate in, and develop content for Program Steering Committees, Project Operational Committees, and Leadership Quarterly Portfolio Reviews.

Who You Are: Required: University/College Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, Human Resources, Real Estate, or related discipline.

At least five years of progressively responsible experience in a medium to large organization, working directly with clients or customers.

Progressive experience in Information Technology, Business Engagement function, and/or HR or Real Estate function.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills.

Preferred: Previous experience with the HR & REWS Function in a Technology Enablement Role.

Familiarity with organizational change management and process improvement.

Experience managing teams or vendors (consisting of ~5-10 members each). PMP certification.
