CNA/HHA with Office Experience for Busy Home Health Agency

Look no further COME JOIN OUR TEAM here at HomeWell Care Services. We are looking for a CNA/HHA with office skills to represent our company both in the office and in the field.

In this position, you will wear many hats. You will assist with recruiting and hiring, providing fill-in coverage either in the office or the field, and other such duties as the need arises.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and detail-oriented, well-spoken, and at ease when communicating with clients, caregivers, and management. This individual should have flexibility, be personable, be organized, be compassionate, and be big-hearted.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of caregiving experience. CNA/HHA Preferred,

Comfortable with working in an office setting and transitioning to the field as needed.

Proficient computer skills.

Must be available Monday-Friday 7A-7P (You will work 40 hrs. a week within that time frame) This is a hybrid position you will spend equal time in the office and in the field.

CPR certified.

Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.

Must have Florida Drivers License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

Are mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.

Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening.
