Position Overview

You will be working to develop leads, solicit, consult and bind coverage to help customers manage their unique insurance and financial needs and while learning the logistics of managing a business and developing your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Service existing accounts and ensure customers make decisions armed with the right amount of information.
Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention & customer service callsRequirements
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Prior Sales Experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Intermediate knowledge with productivity software (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams)
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Texas Property & Casualty license is required.
