You like working with tools and technology. Youll need to be familiar with using a variety of different hand tools and power tools. Youll also work with digital technology such as iPads and software applications.

You arent afraid to get dirty. You like working with your hands, and dont mind dealing with the jobs more challenging and physical aspects. Youll be dealing with gross discoveries and bad smells, but youll work to help homeowners restore safe and functional homes.

Heres What Youll Be Responsible For:

Youll be providing crucial services for our customers homes and families. Here are the things youll be responsible for:

Communicating with the Customer Youll meet customers who contact us to help solve problems in their homes with their water and plumbing systems.

Diagnosing the Issue Once you thoroughly investigate and diagnose the issue, youll offer the homeowner options to solve the problem. Identify proper materials and price needed to perform the work.

Completing Whole Home Plumbing Inspections Youll be offering and conducting whole home plumbing inspections, discovering other or potential issues. No one likes needing to call a plumber, so our customers appreciate our proactive suggestions to solve major problems before they happen.

Providing Repair and Maintenance Services From clearing drains to installing, repairing, and maintaining complex plumbing systems in both residential and commercial environments.

Following Our Mr. Rooter Process Youll follow our proven process, from greeting the customer to collecting payment.

Job Requirements:

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, crawl into confined spaces, and work at heights or under structures.

Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening.

Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable youll be driving our company vehicle.

Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in Virginia

Must have your own hand tools and basic plumbing equipment

Must understand plumbing systems, be able to diagnose and repair these systems

Must have a minimum of seven - ten years dedicated experience in the plumbing trade

Senior level with commercial experience desired
