Description:
o Deliver end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience.
o Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of company’s products.
o Educate consumer about the products and the benefits.
o Transition from offering product knowledge to sales to Consumers.
o Provide exceptional customer service experience.
o Understand consumers’ pain points and handle them with the right product feature and benefit.
o Ensure delivery of set KPIs (e.g. NPS)
Requirements
o Must be 21 years old.
o Graduate
o Under Grad will be accepted if the age above 21 and university attendance is not required.
o Sales, Hospitality, Customer care, Retail Experience
o Presentable to be the face of a premium brand (IQOS)
o GOOD/Excellent Spoken English
o Flexible
o Team player
