Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our client's team.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a leading contract catering company that provides a service to a wide range of businesses in the hospitality industry, namely hotels, care homes, leading coffee shops and restaurants and is located in Qormi.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serving customers; selling cakes, coffee, pastries and other products while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and speciality beverages that meet high quality standards.

Handling of all payments through the use of both the POS and EPOS.

Maintaining client relationships, including order taking, and the handling of client feedback.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Having a confident, friendly and engaging personality with a service-oriented approach.

Ability to communicate in both English and Maltese, and computer literate.

Should be of a smart appearance.

WORKING TIME

Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week.
