Title: Business System Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Los Angeles, California

Note: Remote role however, Candidate need to travel on site or to other courts or conferences on rare occasions.

Job Description

Familiarity with different web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), database systems (particularly SQL Server).

Ability to write basic SQL queries.

Familiarity with web frameworks and web APIs. Experience in how to test them (swagger, postman, etc.).

Mastery over Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum).

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. This includes the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Experience in wire framing system based on gathered business requirements.

Capability to diagnose issues and find creative solutions for technical and business challenges.

Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools to ensure the reliability and performance of web applications.

Experienced in writing business requirement documents, meeting minutes, and test scripts.

Desirable requirements:

Knowledge of Dev Ops, in particular the project management aspect of it. Similar knowledge in other systems (e.g. JIRA) acceptable.

Experience in wire framing tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.

Experience in writing Wikis.

Power BI and Data Analytics capabilities.
