We are looking for a highly effective, experienced Media Sales Manager to join our B2B Group. ITP’s B2B Group have dedicated brands providing cutting-edge insights, trends, and innovations within various industries that span from Construction & Supply Chain to Energy & Technology. With a wide readership and a commitment to excellence, B2B Group serves as an essential resource for professionals seeking the latest advancements and industry best practices.

As Sales Manager, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with clients and partners. Your primary focus will be to lead the sales team, implement effective strategies, and achieve sales targets by offering our diverse range of advertising and promotional opportunities to businesses seeking to reach our highly engaged audience.

Key Responsibilities:

GCC media sales – inclusive of print and digital, video, awards, and conferences.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to create compelling sales materials and offerings.

Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to optimize sales strategies.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the group and network with potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with advertisers and sponsors.

Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the Middle East in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of industries in the Middle East and related markets.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
