Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy (an Affiliate of Cal Rehab) is looking for a full-time, licensed PT Clinic Director to lead our outpatient ortho clinic in Lancaster, CA!

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive! Salary Range $105,000 to $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive up to 15% of Salary + Full Benefits. Individual salaries dependent experience and job related factors.

Position Summary:

Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations

Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client

Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency

Manage schedule and payroll

Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business

Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities

Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills

Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association

Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy

Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Sports/ortho experience
