Job Openings Include:

CNC Programmer - Level IV – Pay range $35-$40 per hour

Manufacturing Specialist - Level II (minimum, will entertain higher levels if in line with pay range) – Pay range $70K-$85K –please note this is a Manufacturing Engineer

(1) Machinist – Weiler – Level II 1st (Day) Shift - Pay range $25-$35 per hour

(2) Machinist – Weiler – Level II 2nd (Night) Shift - Pay range $25-$35 per hour

(2) Machinist – Fanuc CNC Lathe – Level III 2nd (Night) Shift - Pay range $25-$35 per hour

(1) Machinist – Integrex - Level III 2nd (Night) Shift - Pay range $25-$40 per hour

Additional Details:

ALL roles are eligible to potentially receive the Quarterly 10% Bonus if goals are met during the previous quarter.

ALL 2nd Shift (Night) roles receive a 12% shift differential, a 30-minute lunch break, two 15-minute breaks (1 before lunch and one after), work hours Mon-Thurs 4 AM – 4 PM (hours may vary, depending on workload) with the possibility to work Fri – Sun depending on workload. Hours may vary, depending on workload.

1st Shift Machinist receive a 1-hour lunch break, two 15-minute breaks (1 before lunch and one after), work hours Mon-Friday 6 AM – 4 PM (hours may vary, depending on workload) with the possibility to work Sat – Sun depending on workload.

Programmer & Manufacturing Specialist receive 1-hour lunch break, work a set schedule Mon – Fri, generally 8 AM – 5 PM, unless a different schedule is agreed upon with the hiring manager, within reason.

CNC Lathe Machinist

Direct Hire Opportunity in N.Houston/Greenspoint area.

2nd Shift – Monday-Thursday 4:30pm to 5:00am

Pay: $26.00-30.00/hr

CNC Lathe Machinist Responsibilities

Operate CNC Lathes, and/or other production equipment.

Operations for the machining of rotary shouldered connections per API Product Specification 7 and applicable work order.

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe manner.

Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary to maintain a clean and safe work area.

Notify supervisory personnel if a nonconforming condition is disclosed.

Operate a variety of CNC lathes and machining centers with various controls without supervision.

Tool proofing of first run jobs and give feedback to programming to ensure run efficiency and accuracy. Set controls of feed, speed, depth of cut without supervision.

Understand and apply optimal part holding techniques.

Work with other operators as required to ensure optimum set up.

Analyze and solve manufacturing problems with a high level of skill.

Follows safety guidelines and procedures established by the company.

Be able to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and/or calipers.

Machining parts to print/customer specifications.

Be able to identify non-conforming parts using precision measuring instruments.

Set up CNC Equipment and align parts in appropriate work holdings.

Must be able to set tooling and apply offsets.

Using tooling and material data the employee must be able to calculate surface footage to machine components.

Must be able to edit program, setup machine and operate CNC Machine efficiently.

CNC Lathe Machinist Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

3+ years of machining experience with Fanuc control flat bed or slant bed lathes.

Ability to program, set up, operate and CNC Lathe with Fanuc control.

Solid understanding of GD&T with little supervision
