Position Overview:

VX Production is seeking a motivated Production Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of media production. The ideal candidate is passionate about film and video production, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with pre-production tasks, including research, development, and logistical planning.

- Support the production team on set by setting up equipment, managing props, and ensuring the smooth operation of production activities.

- Collaborate with the post-production team to organize footage, assist with editing tasks, and contribute creative input.

- Provide administrative support, such as organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing communication with clients and vendors.

- Ready to jump into any tasks and be responsive and responsible

- Assist with various tasks as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects, including errands, paperwork, and other production-related duties.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a film, media production, or related program.

- Strong passion for film and video production, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop is a plus

- Able to lift equipment weighing at least 30 pounds.
