JR53573 IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

· Enter and maintain software information including contracts, entitlements, usage, compliance, and cost.

· Respond to requests from team members for specific software assets.

· Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting.

· Assist in the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

· Assist in the development of training to be used by end users engaging with the process.

· Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services.

Requirements:

· Conceptional knowledge of Information Technology

· Proven outstanding customer service

· Written and verbal communication skills

· IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience

· Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions

· Knowledge of software asset management principles

· Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team

· Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

· Experience with data entry
