Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a dedicated and compassionate NA/CNA Facility to provide exceptional care to seniors in a residential facility. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting and a passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

Choose your own shifts

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting

- Administer medications as directed by the healthcare team

- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional health to the nursing staff

- Assist with basic housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and keeping residents' rooms tidy

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents

- Build positive relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Current NA/CNA certification

- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
