Position Summary: The Gateless Services Account Manager is an integral position in the management services division of Amano McGann. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of parking operations and parking technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and be process oriented.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Direct Reports: None

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver premier customer service to our clients

Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently

Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations.

Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.

Maximizing profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, and other measures

Ability to assess rates and review data with clients to maximize the revenue of their assets.

Perform general accounting duties such as monthly review process with clients.

Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.

Ability to build and manage processes.

Creating and processing sales orders in a timely manner

Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

Perform data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data

Work closely with sales management on scheduling client conferences and meetings.

Qualifications:

Experience in Parking Operations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.

Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.

Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.

Persuasive and goal-oriented

Self-motivated and self-directed

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

High school degree or equivalent

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
