$35,000 - $65,000Responsibilities:
Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement
Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure the closing of the deal
Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
Show prospective tenants' properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
Past sales experience is preferred
Familiar with leasing regulations
Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel
