Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their insurance needs and inquiries.

Policy Management: Handle policy changes, updates, and renewals for personal insurance clients.

Risk Assessment: Assess clients' risk exposure and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and documentation for all interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve issues effectively.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and client communication.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
