What you will be doing:
Manage lending systems and processes
Be the administrator for Laser Pro and Decision Pro
Internal training on lending policies and procedures
Be a supportive team member that helps the team achieve its goal.
Additional operational projects when needed
A successful candidate for this loan operations job will possess the following:
Prior experience working on loan operations in a bank
Strong knowledge and experience using Laser Pro and Decision Pro
A positive can do attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence
