Dayforce Manager/Senior Consultant

Our Client is looking for experienced Dayforce (Ceridian) resources to join their practice on a permanent basis.

Start: June 2024 Location: Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa preferred. Can be anywhere in Canada

Work Arrangement: Mostly remote

Travel: Must be open to 30% travel

Role:

The Dayforce resource will join a growing practice that focuses on HRIS and driving large scale change strategies, organizational design and transforming HR organizations.

Responsibilities Include

Lead a team of talented consultants to successfully deliver Dayforce HCM solutions to clients.

Oversee project implementation, manage client relationships, and drive business growth by ensuring that our Dayforce engagements meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact Dayforce configurations.

Provide expertise and support to the Dayforce functional team.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce capabilities, features and updates.

Provide thought leadership in the HCM space and on Dayforce leading practices.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor s or master s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HCM implementation with a proven track record of leading successful Dayforce implementations.

Project management experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills being able to clearly define or clarify problems, determine appropriate solutions and tailoring to client needs.

Business analytical skills making observations, anticipating client and management needs or expectations.

Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
