With a dedicated team of over 25 professionals, we're inviting an experienced Electrical Engineer to enhance our capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that have a significant impact on training and operational readiness for the US and allied militaries.

Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the electrical design of military simulation display product sub-assemblies. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to produce and refine engineering solutions that meet both our rigorous standards and our clients' unique needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Determine electrical design requirements by gathering customer inputs and evaluating similar products to set clear objectives and priorities.

Project Planning: Analyze customer needs to define project scopes and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective solutions.

Design Development: Create electro-mechanical designs using tools like PADS and OrCAD (experience with SolidWorks is a plus); collaborate with design teams, evaluate components and suppliers, and resolve any design integration issues.

Prototype Development: Assist in building and testing prototypes, developing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), and resolving performance issues.

Team Coordination: Maintain progress by coordinating activities, sourcing expert input, and providing electro-mechanical analysis at team meetings.

Sustaining Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshoot production issues related to electro-mechanical designs.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Electronic Engineering, with a focus on firmware/software development.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 7 years in designing displays, microcontroller circuits, and video circuits.

Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in system-level electro-mechanical design.

Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach to tackling challenges.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in fast-paced environments that prioritize quick design and production cycles.
