Position Title: Sommelier

Job Description: As our sommelier, you will be responsible for curating wine lists and guiding wine service and training for our restaurant staff. Collaborating closely with our culinary team, you will expertly pair and recommend wines that perfectly complement each dish on our menu. This requires an extensive understanding of how food and beverages, including wine, beer, and spirits, harmoniously interact. Additionally, as a manager on the restaurant floor, you will directly engage with our valued patrons. It is your duty to cater to their taste preferences and budgetary considerations.

Qualifications:

- The Sommelier must possess a strong desire for self-improvement and exhibit excellent computer skills.

- We are seeking a Sommelier with a minimum of 2 years of experience in various roles within fine dining establishments, along with a thorough understanding of fine dining service standards.

- The Sommelier must have successfully completed the Certified Sommelier Exam or an equivalent certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers. You should be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of wines from different regions worldwide, as well as a basic understanding of beer, spirits, and cocktails.
