Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking a talented professional for the role of Strategy and Housing Ecosystem Senior Specialist for its Latin America & the Caribbean region.

This position will be remotely-based within a country in the Latin America & Caribbean region where Habitat has an entity, and the employee can already legally work.

As a member of LAC Strategy Management office, this position s focus is twofold:

Facilitate strategic planning processes throughout the network, in alignment with LAC Regional Framework and global HFHI strategy and in response to local context and housing systems failures.

Accelerate the development of systems thinking and systems change capacity in LAC.

Support LAC AO planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance systems thinking and systems change capacity throughout the network (AO and NOs), such as training, coaching, knowledge exchange with internal and external practitioners, etc.

Lead and facilitate strategic planning processes in network members (directly or in coordination with external consultants), leveraging HFHI processes and tools (i,e, Strategy and Business Planning toolkit) as well as emerging best practices and tools (including AI based tools)

Facilitate Housing Ecosystem Assessments in the region and promote strategic plans and programs that respond to systemic inequities in each context.

Support LAC AO planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning initiatives.

Provide advice on systems change initiatives design and implementation in the network (AO and NOs).

Promote coordination and synergy with HFHI teams (TCIS, OSM, MEAL, etc.) to leverage and grow existing capacity.

Participate in global teams and initiatives related to strategy management and systems change and ensure adequate LAC integration and contribution to those spaces.Minimum Required

Master s degree in a related field (International Development, Economics, Business, Org Development, etc.)

3 years of proven experience in strategic planning as facilitator or co-facilitator

3 years of experience in systems thinking and systems changes, ideally in multi-country / multi-cultural environments.

Excellent facilitation skills

Fully bilingual (Spanish – English)Active support of HFHI Values
