Responsibilities
Present and sell aftermarket products and service contract to current and potential customers to achieve sales goals.
Sell aftermarket products and service contract over the phone or on-site visits and in person
Familiar with sales funnel management: Identify sales prospects, identify and resolve customer concerns by providing related products and service proposals, make action plan to win orders.
Should have experiences in bidding projects and negotiation skills.
Self-drive passion for sales job, good business sense, have data analysis and presentation ability for internal or external meeting.
Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
Possess independent thinking and learning capacity, could communicate new products and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff and customers
Good teamwork spirit, collaborate with associate departments within company including: service engineers, sales, technical support, customer service and account departments
Ability to work under pressure, and other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Computer skill mandatory
Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales techniques.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work requires some travel (25-40%) within your territory to current and potential clients.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
Education and/or Experience: BA/BS/MBA plus 3~5years inside or outside sales experience
Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other database management skill are a plus
Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills with Chinese and English is a plus
Other Qualifications:
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Prepare bids and Request for Quotes (RFQ)
Design and implement marketing fliers to promote new support products
Ability to work independently or supervised.
