Her Father's Cider Bar + Kitchen We are seeking experienced sous chef/lead cook to join a team in a fun atmosphere while maintaining a professional decorum.

The role includes but is not limited to the ability to drive sales, manage costs, create goals and execute strategies to meet/exceed targets given.

Overall the position involves, a 45-50 hour work week.

All aspects of all positions within the organization need to be understood.

Creating a strong working environment that thrives and is set for success with or without you is mandatory.

Responsibilities and Duties Necessary skills, attributes, and responsibilities of a successful candidate: – Communication, ability to report, listen, execute, and follow up – Strong leadership focus (Mentorship, leading by example, team building) – Passion for food and beverage, with an attention to detail – Ability to assess suppliers, and determine effective plans of action – Understanding Cost of Sales and the relation to the business.

Food Costs, Menu Engineering, Labour Costs – Cleanliness to a fault – Opening and Closing procedures – Inventory Control – Positive Attitude – A competent hiring process that is uniform and thoughtful Qualifications and Skills Required – Red Seal Certification – Food Handlers Certificate
