Prep Cook, at our historic Forepaughs restaurant.

We are currently seeking an experienced, Prep cook to join our team!

Essential Functions: * Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times * Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations * Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product * Keeps prepared food continuously flowing out of the kitchen * Keeps entire kitchen clean; stocks and sets up station * Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day * Follows proper procedures when noticing out of stock * Operates and maintains equipment properly * Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift * Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply * Ensures proper rotation of all products and stocks product to par level * Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership We are proud to offer competitive benefits including: * Competitive compensation * Uniforms are provided * Safety practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are provided * Employee training and development * Opportunities for advancement and to make an impact * Culture of inclusion and belonging Who we are: Taher, Inc.
