Beverage Manager at a High-End Restaurant

We are currently seeking an experienced, Beverage Manager to join our team at our historical Forepaughs Restaurant!

Essential Functions: * Provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times * Ensuring proper service and atmosphere for the guests * Performing all administrative duties including timecards, scheduling, days off, section assignments, early outs * Knowing how other departments related to the operation of the Beverage Department and interacting with them when necessary to coordinate activities or correct problems.

* Minimum of 1-year related Beverage Manager experience preferred * Outstanding guest service skills * Ability to adapt and change in a fast-paced environment * Upscale environment knowledge * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Familiar with health department rules and regulations * Relevant degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Business Administration, or Hotel and restaurant Management * Successfully pass a criminal background EOE/AA Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
