Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a full-time Millwork Door Picker & Forklift Operator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Picking door orders from a pick ticket Wrapping, bundling, and/or loading material properly to be shipped or delivered Managing orders to be completed in full and on time Using a scan gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations Inspecting all material for quality Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Having constant communication with upper management on progress with work orders Work together with a team of individuals to reach the common goal of 100% on-time delivery to the customer Picking material by hand and using a stand/sit forklift Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Previous warehouse experience preferred Comfortable operating a forklift Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds comfortably Candidate must have a good work history Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder Ability to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail oriented Able to stand for extended periods of time Flexible in working overtime when necessary Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (this is a safety-sensitive position) BENEFITS Medical/Dental - Monthly premiums are paid for by the company Vacation/Holiday pay 401(k) with a 3% company match Paid weekly Early access to earned wages through payroll program Short Term Disability, Life, Accident, and Vision WORK SCHEDULE Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime offered as needed Monday-Friday, 2:30-11pm, overtime offered as needed PAY $21/hr-1st shift $22/hr-2nd shift ABOUT US Schwieters Companies was founded in 1982 by Joel Schwieters, who trimmed 40 homes during his first year in business.
