Columbus Fasteners Corp (CFC), a Bostwick-Braun Company is currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our talented team of sales professionals. This person will work with an experienced and respected sales team representing and selling our extensive line of products. General Description of Duties:

In-person hard-touch sales calls with existing customers

In-person hard-touch cold calls with prospective customers

Soft touch sales calls where applicable

Provide price quotes and quote follow-up

Provide a high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges

Use selling skills to convert sales inquiries to orders

Staying up to date on new products and continuously building on product knowledge to better serve our customer base

Submit required reports monthly

Meet or exceed sales goals for your territory

Required Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic Computer Skills

Preferred Experience:

2 years of sales and customer service experience

Basic computer skills

Excellent work habits

Positive outgoing attitude

Strong verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented

Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Ability to promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphere
