Responsibilities:

As a member of the PCM community you will be challenged and empowered to grow professionally. We are dedicated to helping each of our associates develop to his or her full potential. The Modeling & Development Unit within PCM is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the applications, data, and infrastructure used for P&C ratemaking and model development as well as analytics throughout the enterprise.

This leader will lead a product focused agile team and partner with others both inside and outside PCM to

Provide analytical solutions to support modeling and ratemaking.

Optimize analytical workflows from analysis of data to operational implementation.

Transition from on premises to cloud based approaches to delivering functionality.
