Responsibilities

Offer courteous and personalized service to our vast clientele by communicating with them via chat, email, ticketing system or telephone

Process requests for product returns, price matches, warranties, etc.

Follow up on orders and any research related to them

Follow up with our warehouse, marketing, or product content teams as needed

Remain vigilant in the face of potential fraud

Manage several tasks at once

Qualifications

Ability to promote excellence in customer service

Must be willing to travel to and work from one of our many store-front locations

Experience in Live Chat, Zendesk, Shopify is an asset

Bi-lingual English French is an asset

Retail experience is an asset
