- Deal with existing and new customers thru phone calls, emails, SMS
- Daily monitoring of Sales Quotation (open SQ)
-Assists customer inquiry and make recommendation.
-Ensure the correctness of the clients order
-Get the customers information
-Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
-Coordinated with the client and logistics team for the schedule of delivery
- Coordinates with respective Departments to solve issues/concern

- Solving customer complaints, follow up with current/previous customers by doing outbound calls
