Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drafts, reviews and manages contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, petitions and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with rules governing disposition of cases before any jurisdictions or tribunals.
• Develop or implement new or existing company policies;
• Ensure end-to-end processing of disciplinary action and sanction against employees.
• Evaluate employee’s performance and recommend recognition or disciplinary action.
• Contribute to the production of an ER strategy and development of sound ER policies that allow management to achieve successful/favorable outcomes and conflict resolutions.
• Maintains the HR file system regarding employee discipline and grievances.
• Works with HR Team to maintain and improve employee relations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Legal Management or equivalent. Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws graduates (under bar) is an advantage, but not required.
• Individuals with 6 months to 1 year experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
• Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
• Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal skills
