Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Monday
to Friday,
Qualifications:
· Graduate of any related course.
· With advance skills to MS Office.
· Preferable with purchasing background.
· Previously worked at Travel Agency is a plus.
· Must have strong communications skills.
· Willing to work at Night Shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Booking plane tickets and arranging travels.
· Experience with data entry and record keeping.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Knowledge of legal and financial documentation
· Prepare boarding and lodging Agreement to the Candidate
· Prepare the Bank account of candidates.
· Assist the Candidates for the needs upon arriving at Canada.
· Performs variety or similar clerical duties.
· Prepares Invoice for Boarding and lodging.
· Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and
applicable laws.
Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.
