HR Manager

Job Overview:

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will encompass a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor regulations.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Experience in branches/network management is an advantage

Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
