As a Bilingual Agent, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support services to our clients, utilizing your language proficiency in Mandarin and Korean.
Qualifications:
At least 2nd Year College (Old or New Curriculum)
Fluent in Mandarin and Korean (written and verbal).
Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience or 6 months of BPO experience in a healthcare account
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
