ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK/ BILLER SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing and filing VAT & Creditable Withholding Taxes Nationwide (BIR 2306 & 2307) for charge and cash clients.

Preparing report of Withholding Taxes to be submitted at Accounting Department.

Encoding and summarizing the data of withholding taxes to be submitted in BIR Alphalist Data Entry.

Strictly monitoring of withholding Tax Computation Nationwide.

Follow-up the original copy of Withholding Taxes Certificate Nationwide through email and call.

Perform other task assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 4 year Graduate in Business related course or equivalent.

Preferably with experience in billing and collection.

With experience in Bank reconciliation or any accounting matter.

Computer literate and has capacity to used various apps and programs

Ability to communicate effectively in professional manner

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines even under pressure

Flexible in a fast-paced work environment
