Retail Operations Manager

Responsible for managing activities related to Operations such as Manpower Requirement, meeting Target Sales of the Station, handling Audit Findings, compliance to government requirements and permits, and implementation of projects that are aligned to Continuous Improvement.

Compilation of all audit findings with actions taken.

Monitoring Personnel's compliance and ensuring appropriate actions were served.

Ensures that all Permits and Government requirements are readily available in the station.

Ensures that all assets are accounted.

Checking zero losses and shortages related to retail station and inventory.

Manages the completeness of manpower requirements (release of last pay, employment requirements, proper execution of employees entry and exit based on standard procedures and requirements).

Ensuring that safety and security precautions are properly and consistently in placed.

Meets or surpasses the sales target of the station.

Ensures the achievement of target EBIT of the station.

Initiates projects and activities that will help generate or improve sales of the station.

Coordinates with other departments in Head Office regarding business trends and other needs of the store that will help improve sales

Maximizes the use of available resources (POS Sales Data).

Prepares analysis and provides sound conclusions and recommendations to improve business.

Monitoring of Stations prices to ensure it's competitiveness and proper implementation of approved process.

Monitoring competitor's promos, activities and projects to aggressively react and be at par with the current trend.

Ensuring that all declared expenses are correct and legit based on requirements.

Updating of Stations' policies and procedures based on the needs and adjustments on a case to case basis.

Continuous enhancement on stations' aesthetic based on updated trend and technology.

Recommends manpower requirement based on workload and activity (depending on the number of stations)
