About the role
Review accuracy of Scope of Work, including timelines
Source project requirements for bidding
Identify the right set of vendors for each requisition
Timely issue purchase orders/job orders
Liaise with Vendor Management in end-to-end vendor support, including invoice settlement
Reporting directly to the Vendor Manager
Ensure compliance with supply and service agreements/contracts
Negotiates price and terms of agreement such as payment terms, warranty and delivery
Compiles and maintains records and generates reports of all purchases on a regular basis for submission to the Procurement Manager and Procurement Head.
What you need to have
Printing industry knowledge an advantage
Work experience in Supply Chain/Procurement with focus on Procurement Operations management is advantage
Strong computer literacy skills
Advance knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
Excellent English communication skills
Positive attitude and resilient
Works well as part of a team
Strong work ethic with drive, initiative, and a can-do attitude
Highly motivated and proactive, able to work unsupervised
Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to multitask on a daily basis
Ability to priorities and work to strict deadlines
