Job Summary:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Personnel to join our team. The HR Personnel will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions within the organization, with a primary focus on handling different types of people, legal compliance, and fostering positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of effectively managing employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Support managers and employees in resolving HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.

Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance.

Assist in organizing and conducting HR training sessions for employees and managers on various HR topics.

Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide timely and effective HR support and guidance.

Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications or training is a plus.

Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding practical and equitable solutions.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

A proactive and customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
