Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or equivalent

Experience as a Front Office Associate in a 3-star-hotel is an advantage

Possesses excellent communication skills

Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Able to interact with customers of different personalities/nationalities

Can work effectively in a team

Able to build harmonious working relationship with peers and superiors

Adaptable and can handle stressful and high pressure situations

Willing to be assigned in Malate/Manila.
