Sales and Marketing Officer

Job SummaryExodus Design Studio is seeking 2 Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our sales and marketing departments. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including tracking shipments, answering phones, and scheduling meetings. You will also keep our promotional materials up to date, ensuring our digital price list is current and the information on our social media platforms is accurate.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with prior administrative experience. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping in-depth knowledge of company products. Answers questions from clients about our products and service benefits

Selling and promoting products and other Exodus Design Studio services

Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

Track shipments and update customers if there are any delays

Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions

Update our social media

Assist with in-house sales

Perform other support tasks as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.

Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.

High-level communication and networking skills.

A passion for sales.

Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

Good project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure.
