JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor legal and regulatory compliance submissions
Security Operations and Management
Oversee the execution of internal and external security operations by ECC security forces
Mobilize limited security resources to produce optimum results
Coordinate and collaborate with all departments in the implementation of security operations
Fully implement the prescribed security protocols that will ensure unhampered productivity and sustained growth of the Company
Oversee the management of local community relations and mobilizations, community-based intelligence projects, and force multipliers
Monitor the full application of the law and regulations carrying out guard force management
Monitor the implementation of security protocols within the ambit of the rule of the law
QUALIFICATIONS:
Baccalaureate degree related to military or police operations and licensed security professionals
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field or manufacturing industry
Required skills: Computer Literacy, Anti- and Counter-Insurgency and Terrorism, Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention, Intelligence and Investigation, all aspects of Security Operations, Project Management, Guard Force Management, and Local Community Relations
Must be willing to be based in Bulacan Plant (board and lodging provided, with free meals daily)
